1981 Kraft Recipe Card
1 8-oz container Cracker Barrel Brand Sharp Cheddar Flavor Cold Pack Cheese Food
1 8-oz package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
2 tsp. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Combine cold pack cheese food and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Mold into bell shapes using 2 cold pack containers lined with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, unmold. Garnish with chopped parsley and pimiento strips if desired. Serve with Triscuit wafers. Yield: 2 bells.

Macaroni and Ground Beef Casserole
Easy Entertaining, Georgia State Chapter PEO 1957
1 box elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 medium onions
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup grated cheese
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. Brown onion, pepper and meat in skillet in small amount of fat. Add soup, undiluted. Add cooked macaroni, mushrooms, olives. Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and cook in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Serves 8-10

1/3 package broad noodles
3 tbsp fat
1 pound ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans tomato paste
3 cans water
1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
Salt
Pepper
Cook noodles by directions on package. Brown together the ground beef, green peppers, and onion in hot fat. Add the two cans of tomato paste with 3 cans water. Add the cooked noodles and cubed cheese. Place in casserole and bake for one hour at 350 degree.
Serves 6 to 8

Butter 8 slices of bread on one side.
Top buttered bread with 8 slices of cold luncheon meat.
Top meat with cut-outs from 4 slices process American cheese.
To make cut-outs: With a cooky cutter, cut out shape of diamond, heart, dog or any other design from center of the slice of cheese.
Place cut-out pieces of cheese on one sandwich. Put the rest of the slices of cheese on the other sandwich. The meat will show through the space in the cheese, making a silhouette of the cut-out.
Makes 8 open face sandwiches.

Ham Upside Down Casserole
(Bisquick Strictly Thrifty Meals Chapter 2)
"Smasheroo casserole for leftover ham. Big on nutrition with 2 vegetables, cheese, and a cornmeal bread topping"
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 cup drained cooked lima beans
1 can (8 oz) cream-style corn
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake 15 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges and invert each onto plate. Garnish with parsley if you have it.

Cheese Dreams
(Betty Crocker's Cookbook for Boys and Girls, 1960)
Place on rack under broiler:
3 English muffins, split in half and buttered
6 slices of bacon, cut in half
Toast muffins on one side and remove from rack.
Broil bacon until crisp.
Top each muffin half with thick tomato slice, 2 broiled bacon strips, thin slice of processed cheese.
Return to broiler and broil 5 inches from heat until cheese melts. Serve at once. 6 Servings.

10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tbsp. sliced pimiento
1/4 cup grated cheese
4 hard cooked eggs, cut in quarters
Heat soup over low heat. Stir in pimiento and cheese. Carefully fold in eggs. Continue cooking over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve immediately on hot buttered toast, sprinkled with paprika and garnished with parsley. 2-3 Servings.

Ring Around Tuna
So Quick with New Bisquick, 1967
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cans (7 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Biscuit Dough (recipe follows)
Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)
Heat oven to 375. Grease baking dish. Reserve 2 tbsp of the egg.
Mix remaining egg, tuna, onion, cheese, parsley, celery salt and pepper. Prepare Biscuit Dough and roll dough into rectangle, 15 x 10 inches. Spread with tuna filling. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Place seam side down in ring on prepared baking sheet. Pinch ends together. Make 12 cuts, each 2/3 of of the way through ring at 1 inch intervals. Turn each piece on its side, brush with reserved egg. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve with hot Cheese Sauce. Serves 4-6.
Cheese Sauce:
Melt 1/4 cup butter over low heat. Blend in 1/4 cup Bisquick and 1/4 tsp. EACH salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 cups milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
Biscuit Dough:
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
Stir ingredients with fork to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth covered board.

1976 M'Sieur Crepe Electric Crepemaker, Sunbeam
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp oil
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Yield: 3 cups
In frypan, saute onion and garlic slowly in oil until very tender. Add tomato, mushrooms, spinach and seasonings. Heat thoroughly. Place a spoonful of filling on each crepe. Top with cheese and roll.

4 sesame seed buns
4 Kraft Deluxe slices Pasteurized Process American Cheese
Miracle Whip
4 eggs, scrambled
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Cut each bun into three slices, crosswise. Toast on a baking sheet with the cheese atop each center slice. Now spread Miracle Whip's luscious texture and zippy flavor on every bun. Season the scrambled eggs with onion, salt and pepper. Spoon onto bottom buns. Stack buns as in picture.
