Korean Beef

Korean Beef

1 lb slice beef, paper thin
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2-3 chopped green onions
1-inch grated fresh ginger
1 large crushed garlic clove

In large fry pan, marinate beef overnight.  Gently stir fry quickly in juice. Great with rice, salad or mixed vegetables.
