Apple Barbequed Pork Chops
(Boyce Memorial APR Cookbook, Kings Mountain, NC, 1977)
6 pork chops
2 cups apples
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup chopped onion
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
